The leg and ribs are covered with a black powder coating. Parasol can be opened with a crank. The tilt angle of the upper part of the shade can be changed. The parasol base is not included. CAUTION: the product is not designed to protect from rain nor to be used in strong winds. Do not leave the open parasol unattended. CARE: store in a dry, well-ventilated room. Allow the parasol to dry completely before storing it.
