DD10 is a sturdy pull-up bar by HMS. Its main advantage is its functionality ie it can be mounted to both the wall and the ceiling. The bar is a must-have at your home gym because it can be used in many ways and for many exercises. However, mainly it is used for pull-ups. This is an exercise engaging the latissimus dorsi muscle very much and consequently, it seriously develops it. The back's widest muscle is large and it covers practically the entire back, which is why strengthening and developing is so important. Along with the ability to adjust spacing of the handles the result is a strong and symmetrically shaped muscle. On the handles of the bar a rubber is applied to prevent slipping of the hands. It results in a firm grip which is very important when pulling up. This directly affects the safety and comfort of use. The spacing is adjusted easily and quickly at 5 available levels. An undoubtedly attractive addition is the boxing bag holder. Thus, buying one product you get two, you save money and space. The holder will stand any workout.
