The manual educational board  develops the emotional intelligence of children, teaches them to recognize emotions and feelings, including: fear, joy , sadness or anger.

The board consists of 4 blocks  with which the child can arrange up to 64 different faces expressing different feelings. The exercises performed with the help of this chart  offer great  opportunities to teach children how to properly manage  their emotions,  how to deal with their emotions, and what they mean. The product is suitable for individual work, both at home and in specialist offices.

Exercise 1

Roll the A Dice. Ask your child to place the 4 wooden blocks in such a way that the facial expressions match the pattern on the dice. This is a good exercise for a child to observe how changes in our eyes, lips, etc. will affect our emotions.

Exercise 2

Ask your child to use the 4 wooden blocks and arrange them this way to show their own emotions today. This will encourage the child to express their feelings so that parents and teachers can understand them better. More importantly, we can also teach them emotional management how to deal with their emotions, what they mean.

Exercise 3

Roll the second die. Ask the children to arrange the 4 wooden blocks in such a way as to show what emotions they feel when they encounter the situation shown on the cube. There are 6 different situations and children may react differently to the same situation. For example, if children see a dog, some will be very happy because they love animals. Some, however, will be scared because they are afraid of dogs. Parents or teachers should ask the children why they have such reactions in this situation. It is a very good exercise between children and adults to better understand children. It also gives adults great opportunities to teach our children to properly manage their emotions.

Exercise 4

It is also important in emotional education that our children can get to know and understand the feelings of others. This is one of the basic skills that children will have to learn. We can ask the child to guess the other child's feelings and use 4 wooden bars to get the facial expression.

The toy is made entirely of wood. By choosing Masterkidz wooden toys  , you care about the environment and limit the production of plastic waste.
